Q: What is freebling ?
A: Our definition of freebling is 'To play without wager, bet or other stakes on the outcome of a game, race, or any other game of chance or skill. The opposite of gambling.' To this end the freebling.org website was created to allow online users a place to play, for free, a range of challenging and entertaining games designed for adults. That's right, absolutely free - zip, nada, nil. All you need to do is register as a freebler so we know who you are and that's it, you can start playing and winning. Q. Do I have to register in order to play the games ?
A: No. You can play any of our games as a 'guest' user. This can give you a chance to experience the fun and challenge of the games while remaining completely anonymous. As a guest user however you will be unable to enter any prize draws or chat. Any high scores you obtain will be registered as guest.
Q: Does it cost anything to play ?
A: No. It is and will, in keeping with the freebling philosophy, remain absolutely free to join and play any of our games.
Q: Do i need any special software in order to play ?
A: Yes. You will need the latest Macromedia Flash plugin installed in your browser which you can find here. Please be aware that the flash plugin now comes with the option of installing Yahoo Toolbar by default. If you do not wish to install the Yahoo toolbar please unselect it before continuing with the installation.
Q: What are freewards ?
A: Freewards are freebling rewards (hence the name). There are various freewards ranging from in game credits to chances at the jackpot and we are including new ones all the time. Just by registering as a freebler you will receive a freeward (a signup bonus). You can win additional freewards inside the games by entering the quick draws. To check the status of your freewards just login to the main site and select the my account link followed by the freewards link. You can use a freeward at any time during any game by going to the freewards screen and clicking on the freeward you wish to claim. You can only claim each freeward once.
Q: I signed up as a freebler but have not received the confirmation email ?
A: When you sign up as a freebler an email is sent to the email address you specified with details on how to activate your account. If you have not received the email (usually within a few minutes) or the email could not be delivered (this happens with mistyped email addresses and with some free email services like hotmail, aol, yahoo etc) you can log into the main site via the login page using the username and password you signed up with and request the confirmation email be resent. You can have the activation email resent to the address you originally supplied or specify a different email address. If you still do not receive your activation email please try another email address, preferably your direct email address and not a free email address (ie hotmail, yahoo etc).
Q: How do i play a game ?
A: Simply go to the games page and select a game to play. If you are unfamiliar with slot machines then we suggest you read the instructions for your chosen game before playing. Although they may look like normal slot machines do not be fooled. Freebling.org games are packed with features to challenge both novice and the most experienced of Freeblers.
Q. Do I have to be online to play?
A: Yes. While playing you will need to remain connected to the game server in order to send and receive game data. If your connection is broken the game will automatically attempt to reconnect. While playing we advise that you do not have other applications or browser windows open as these may affect game performance and/or your connection to the server.
Q: How are the prizes drawn ?
A: After a prize draw closes the game server randomly selects a winner from all entries in that draw. There is no human intervention in this process. The more entries you have in a particular draw the greater your chances of winning. Note: some draws are only open to certain geographic locations however where possible we try and put up prizes that are open to everyone regardless of where you live.
Q. How do I know if i have won a prize ?
A: Winners of prize draws will be posted on the forum and you will be informed via email if you are the winner of a prize draw. You will have 7 days in which to claim your prize. Unclaimed prizes will be automatically redrawn and a new winner selected.
Q. Can my credits be saved and used in another game ?
A: No. Credits and free prize entries can only be used in your current game.
Q. I lost my credits, can i get them back ?
A: No. Disconnections from the server and or game/system errors that cause you to lose your game are unfortunately part of internet life. As per our terms and conditions we do not offer concession for lost credits or free prize entries. Remember at the end of the day these are just games provided free for your entertainment.
Q. I have found an bug/error in a game, what should I do ?
A: First you should make sure that it really is an error in the game and not some other application or browser interfering with the game. If you are convinced it is an error you should post the problem on the Freebling Forum in the bugs section. Please try and provide as much information as possible (ie, what game, what did you do just before it happened, what were you doing when it happened, when did it happen etc.).
Q: What internet browsers do you support ?
A: Our games have been extensively tested on Microsoft Internet Explorer 6. Other browsers may work fine, if you experience problems please contact us and inform us of the problem and we will see if there is anything we can do.
